Important: all WhatsApp API usage charges (conversation fees) billed by Meta are your responsibility and are separate from your bijnis.xyz subscription. Meta prices conversations by category (utility, marketing, authentication) and volume. Please review Meta's current pricing at business.whatsapp.com before activating this feature.

Will my website rank on Google automatically?

Your website is built with SEO best practices — proper H1/H2 structure, meta tags, schema markup, fast loading, and mobile optimization. This helps, but ranking takes time. The Google Business Profile optimization (included from the Seed plan) is usually faster for local "near me" searches. Consistent updates and reviews accelerate ranking.

How long does Google Business Profile verification take?

Google controls verification and its timing — we don't. Depending on the method Google chooses (postcard, phone, or video), it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, and Google may not approve a profile at all. We guide you through the process and follow up, but the approval and its timeline are entirely Google's decision — getting your Business Profile verified is ultimately your responsibility as the business owner.

What if my Google Business Profile gets suspended?

Can I manage my own GBP after bijnis.xyz sets it up?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You retain full ownership and admin access to your Google Business Profile. We add ourselves as managers to make optimization changes, but you always own the account. You can post updates, respond to reviews, and make changes anytime.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and NEFT/RTGS transfers. We do not accept cash payments.

Will my price change after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

No. Once you sign up at a given price, that price is locked in for your account as long as you remain subscribed. We will give at least 60 days notice before any pricing changes, and existing customers will be grandfathered for 12 months.

What happens if I want to cancel?

There is no separate cancellation step. Your subscription is monthly — to stop, simply do not renew at the next billing cycle. Your free website stays live regardless (it is on the free plan); the paid features — Google optimization, WhatsApp and social automation — continue until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, then pause. Your Google Business Profile always remains yours. Whenever you want, you can delete your account and all your data yourself: in the app dashboard, click your avatar to open Profile, then Delete my account (or email hello@sotlabs.net). Your bijnis-hosted website comes down and everything is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

The AI-built website can't be moved onto a custom domain; if you want a site on your own domain, that's a separate one-time Custom Website add-on, or you can connect a website you already have.

Can I use my own existing domain?

Your free AI-built website is always hosted on a bijnis address (yourname.kabijnis.online) — a custom domain can't be attached to it. If you already have your own website on your own domain, you can connect it to bijnis instead: we integrate it with your tools (like WhatsApp automation) and can set it as your website in your Google Business Profile. We don't build or edit that website, though — any changes to the site itself are yours to make. Don't have a website for your domain yet? We can build one as a one-time Custom Website add-on, which is not part of any plan.

Yes. All bijnis.xyz websites are built mobile-first. We test on multiple screen sizes (320px to 2560px) and on both iOS and Android. Your website will pass Google's Mobile-Friendly Test and Core Web Vitals requirements.

What happens to my website if I stop my plan?

Accepted Answer

Your website is on the free plan, so it stays live even without a paid subscription — it does not go offline when you stop. Your Google Business Profile always remains yours; we simply remove our manager access when paid features pause. If you would like your website and all your business information removed entirely, you can delete your account yourself — in the app dashboard, click your avatar to open Profile, then Delete my account (or email hello@sotlabs.net). You get a link to download all your data first (your business data and an HTML copy of your website); your account is then deactivated and everything is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
